Hey guys looking to get into a 2008 Powerstroke. Just wondering what kind of problems the 6.4L motor has had, and some pros of the motor also. Thanks for the help.

What kind of miles does it have on it?

Every truck is different so who really knows what kind of problems yours will have. Egr go out, coolant leak, and more could always happen. Just keep up on the maintance and you should be good. I almost have 200,000 on mine and it just now started to have a pully squek.

They have strong tranny's, a few mods and you will have better power. Delete the egr and get rid of the factory exhaust and it will run better. Smooth ride and if taken care of will last you awhile

Looking for something around 60- 80,000 miles. I know every truck is different just didnt know if there was a common problem with these motors. Thank you for your help.
