More than 40 sets of wheels have been stolen here in the Houston area alone from both residences/businesses and from dealerships.

I would consider a set of wheel locks just to be on the safe side.

My friend has had his 22" chrome wheels and 20" chrome wheels stolen off his Escalade and Cadillac SRX, the same night! He had the GM lugnut locks and they did nothing.

I don't think locks are even going to slow them down, those tools used to remove any lugnut lock can be bought from almost any major tool dealer. I wish there was something more effective.

this was near my house back in the spring of this year.. this wasn't even in the mans driveway, he had it in the grass.. i passed this truck like this for 2 months like this before it was back on wheels and tires..

Ironically, I saw one of those Escalade/Avalanche abortions that lost it's driver's side front wheel in a merge lane.Think he got his winters put on and they didn't use the right size lugs or torque them to spec or something. This is the third or fourth vehicle I've seen riding on three wheels this year and winter has barely arrived.

Here, it seems to be tailgate thefts that are an issue.

Make sure they pose a serious threat of death to you or your loved ones when you shoot. Otherwise the fuzz seem to get bent out of shape if you shoot people over wheels!
