Just put a set of BFG TA KOs on the truck. It's only rained a couple of times since. They did fine. I wanted to Mountain/Snowflake thing too because sometimes I head up toward Oregon (Weed, CA - North state) or on rare occasions, into Oregon. To Bend to be exact. Grandkids live there with their Dad. I haven't yet had these in the snow.

I had Toyo OC AT on the last time I was in Bend and they did fine, but those were $300 more than the BFGs. I'll have to see if they do as good as everyone says they're supposed to.

The KOs are a very good tire. People seem to get good mileage out of them and they provide good traction as well.

Cooper AT3s are awesome. I have 6 plys on my truck they bite in the snow, they go great on the road when dry, corner awesome can push them harder than the Fuzion XTis i had. Really a stout tire put 10k miles on them they still look new havent measured the tread depth but i do know they are the deepest treads i have seen in a long time. Very very stout tires and great in the rain. I used to kick my truck sideways with the XTis in the snow and hard rain, these coopers i cant get them to break lose for the life of me.
