Coolant filtration benefits

Have a couple of question

Seems like everyone after 100k r starting to have egr and coolant problems
What r the benefits of a coolant filtration system?
What the diffrence between the cheap egr ($200) to the expensive one?

I think its best to run a filter if you have the stock ford gold coolant..I am putting my filter on this week going to try and filter out as much of the junk that gold coolant makes before i do a flush and risk clogging my oil cooler which can lead to really big problems. I believe the difference is one is just block off plates and the other is a complete delete getting rid of the coolers all together. Dont qoute me on that I could be wront im sure someone else will chime in with a more specific answer...for the time being I hope this helps

i think a coolant filter is a good idea. Attached is a picture of my coolant filter before i did a chemical flush. Also if you are doing an egr delete you might as well go all out and get the better flowing intake elbow.
