left rear brake sticking

Whats the most likely culprit? Caliper os hose? I have an issue with my left rear brake. If I remember correct theres been some caliper issues?
I know my trucks are 7.3's but i have a srw rear end from an 08 in my truck. Been fine for 10k. The brake just went bad on driver side.
any help appreciated.

I have read that sometimes the guide pins need to be greased so the pads will slide correctly?

I don't know if that helps.

Mine was sticking caliper right rear. The inner pad chewed into the rotor. My advise after?this happening twice, if u think ur not coasting like normal, u better check.

i took it all apart. I Just have to take a guess on hose or caliper, I am guessing caliper.
The back side of the rotor was hottest.
