Water In Fuel Problem

I somehow had water get into my fuel and took it to the dealer when draining the separator did not make the light go out. They changed out the filters and and found a couple small pieces of metal on the filter up top. They said the Low pressure pump was probably where the metal came from. After draining the tank and replacing filters and Low pressure pump a High Pressure test was performed and it indicated a good high pressure system.

So now the question in my mind is the High Pressure system a ticking timebomb, or should I not worry about it?
