high pitched squealing, high throttle

Today while towing I was on the throttle decently hard with the 210 tp on a slight hill at about 35 PSI and got a real high pitch squealing noise if I let off it goes away. If i get back on it it comes back. Mainly at higher pressures it seems. Also, I seem to hear these whooshing sounds that I haven't heard before at these same higher pressures not coming from the intake.

Maybe a leaky clamp? I don't know. Thanks for the help.

Cracked boot maybe? I had a 6.0 with a cracked boot that would squeal. Also if its kinda like a tea kettle it could be your headgaskets.

It sounds like a key being scratched down a big pane of glass
