Heavy tube mounted on the exhaust

whats the purpose of the heavy about 6inch tube that is mounted to the factory exhaust near the downpipe??

Yeah I heard both reduces vibration and a counter balance but really who dreams this stuff up?

Well if any of yall have a cat-dpf delete u can feel a lite vibration i mean lite. U can feel it a little more when flooring it something i didnt feel with that stupid dpf
