Wind flap on bottom of bumper.

What is the wind flap thing called on the bottom of the bumper? the black plastic piece attached to the bottom. I am looking at getting a smaller one.

Believe they call it a valance panel.

As ugly as it is, it helps aerodynamics and thus mpgs. I remember reading in some Ford brochure for the '09's that it along with the 3.55 axle accounts for up to 0.9mpg improvement over the 3.73 and the smaller valance.

I have an 08 Job 1 F350 and I believe these came with a smaller "valance panel". I would like a larger one. Maybe we can workout a trade PM me if interested.
