What is the unofficial checklist of things to do to a high mileage psd?

I have been having my truck for a month now and i had ford run an oasis. only thing done was recalls some tsb's and radiator and a stuck egr valve. Mods are in my sig. dpf/doc delete on the way as well as afe stage II should be here tommorow. What should i do before getting to carried away. Filters, coolant, anything else i should check. can i monitor anything important with the livewire? thanks for the help.

With the dpf delete and tuner would idling be as much of a issue? Or would a high idle mod be worth adding to a stock or deleted/tuned truck?
