im talking about the one on the right of the intercooler, the one that looks brand new

Yup, according to both ford and motorcraft that is the cooler for the for the fuel system. If you follow the lines it plumbs right in to the fuel cooler housing on top of the engine.

cool, reason i was wondering is i dropped my truck off at Ford to get the Radiator replaced, 102k miles on it and i have an extended warranty until 125k and they put the brand new radiator in well i started looking and this looks like a brand new cooler as well, but the paperwork doesnt show anything about them replacing it and the tech didnt say anything about replacing it...hhmmmm

I thought the fuel cooler was the one with the banjo bolts up towards the cowl on the driver side?

The one up by the cowl right? If so then yes that is the fuel cooler heat exchanger, the one they are talking about in the fuel cooler radiator. The heat exchanger has fuel and coolant running threw it where the radiator has air and coolant running threw it.
