Repeatable Reliability issues

Im in the market for a new truck, found a nice job 3 2008 f350. I went and drove it and looked it over pretty well, it ran and drove great!!
So I talked with the dealer, it was a one owner truck according to the autocheck, had them pull an oasis report on the truck.

There are two oasis reports, both are from the same dealer, both show the mileage being about 5k miles ago. One is a p0003, p0092, p0303 checked oasis found no tsb, checked found bad injector pump cover gasket, r+r turbos and replaced pump cover gasket, turbo down gasket cracked and leaking, all fixed.

Second is checked found #3, 8 injectors are not working, did all tests found bad injectors, fuel psi good, filters clean, replaced #3,8 ijnectors now miss is gone.

Now should I be worried due to these problems? Also if they corrected these problems what are the chances of that injector pump gasket going bad again?
Any other thoughts or concerns would be appreciated!
