window sticker date

I am looking at an 08 F350.
There is what looks like a date on the window sticker in the text box next to the final assembly point text box. Date is 09-13-07. Is this the production date or ship date?? I know there are some ways to determine Job 1 versus Job 2 by looking at some equipment, but wondered about this date on the sticker.
