trailer plug question

Ok guys i need your help. I went to hook up the trailer yesterday and when i plug in the trailer it was saying trailer disconnected and then after it was saying wiring fault on trailer. I know its not the trailer because it has worked fine on my truck and it worked fine on my stepdads dodge . Also it did the same on two other trailers. Any ideas what it could be? A fuse? Any help is appreciated.

I got a prong that light up to check the connections. THere is power to the + terminal and it lights up for the headlights. It appears just the stop and blinkers arent working. I am confused. I am not sure what it is

Marker lights. Turn the headlight switch to the position just before the headlights are on.

Check your fuses.

If its showing a trailer fault theres a blown fuse or a short in the trailer wiring somewhere.

But the funny thing is that the trailer works fine with my dads truck. That is what confuses me.

I am not sure which fuse it might be. In the manual the trailer stop/blinker lights is showing a relay. I am not sure if i can check if a relay is bad. I have no idea which fuse it could be

well it was a fuse. It was a 25 amp fuse for trailer stop/turn relay. Changed it and all the prongs are lighting up.
