A little help with fuses

I just recently purchased my 08 KR f-250. My horn and my dome lights do not work. I can access the fuse panel but i have no owners manual and no diagram. Any help would be appreciated.

Also the light on top of my cab in the rear stays on a long time after i close my doors.... i'm talking 5-10 minutes. All doors are closed is it possible someone pulled the fuse for the domes because they stayed on to???? thanks

horn fuse is the 20a, 2nd row, 8th one down. interior lighting is 15a, 1st row 9th down. sorry, i can't help with the cargo lamp.
