PSI Gage?

I have a 08 F-350 6.4L. I had a 7.3L so this gage is new to me. I think I read this in the manual that it is not good to run at a high preasure and a long time. What would be high preasure and what would be a long time? Is this the preasure in the turbo? Thanks.

Yes it is boost, I'm haven't read the "too high too long" part. Unloaded and stock (Stock meaning no tuning or other major mods) mine rarely goes above 30 usually I keep it under 20 for best mpg, loaded and stock I see low to mid 30's pretty much all the time.
