Help Disabling EBPV !!

Hi guys, picked up an 08 f350 crew cab last week, and two days ago noticed a louder than normal air leak type noise. Its coming from an area close to the dpf, and i believe its being caused by the ebpv , or sensor malfunctioning. how do i disable it? unplug? i dont even know what it looks like and am having trouble finding diagrams. the sound is present at idle (not as loud) and it will make the air noise for approx 30 seconds, then stop for like 5 senconds, then resume the same pattern.. its always present under throttle. thanks in advance

ebpv? you're not driving a 7.3 wtf?

no im in a 6.4, 08 f350. but my symptoms are exactally the same as the ebpv in a 7.3 . do you know what it would be in my truck causing that hissing? its louder than hell and really pissing me off.
