Took my 08 F-350 single rear wheel to Royal Purple race way over in Baytown, TX this past Friday night.

Best: 13.207 @ 99.67 MPH (8810lbs with me and a car seat in it...lol)
60' was 1.541 ( pretty quick )


I was using the S1L tranny schedule so I think this is why my top speed was a little low, as I shifted into fifth really early. I am going to try the S1M next and see what happens. I still made some mustangs and some imports look stupid...



Does anyone have any imput on the shift schedule improving times?

What size tires are on your truck? Do you have traction bars? that 60' is impressive

My truck is an 08' but i found a smokin deal on a set of stock 2011 rims and tires. No traction bars, yet. I just hooked really good... they take pretty good care of that track. Everyone was hooking good, just good condition's all around.

Thats a pretty nice run was there alot of trucks in baytown i live down in league city and have wanted to head that way one weekend.

I wouldn't say alot of Diesels, maybe 5 or 6, but there were a bunch of trucks...
Those gas burneres don't stand achance unless they are making some serious power. I only saw one other truck run faster than I did, and it was chevy half ton with a supercharger and some slicks....

Thats an awesome time man! I have been curious as to what these trucks will do with this setup, and thats pretty impressive. What method were you using to launch your truck off the line?

Drive around burn out box, and in 4 high boost to about 12psi and put it on the floor when it turns green... then hold on cause the launch is so hard it will make your stomach hurt...
