Who supplies what?

Does International supply Ford with a complete drop in motor with radiator, turbo, and all electronics? I just wondered who is having all the problems, Ford or International?

Sorry but that's only a couple of problems all different and some even dealer caused during other repairs. Nothing like the 6.0 in the first few months.

My understanding the engine comes complete without wiring from Navistar. They test it at their facility before shipping it. Ford is ultimately responsible and has to go back to Navistar to collect any money or credits for issues that originated from their work.

International supplies Ford with a complete motor including the electronics involved with the motor. International does not supply Ford with the radiator, that is Ford's responsibility on the chassis side.
