6.4 issue

6.4 stock. when driving the truck and trying to accelerate the truck will start surging and from that point the truck surges at take off and hard acceleration. changed all filters, fluids, and cleaned the fuel bowl and lines. if you stop and turn the key off and crank the truck it runs fine for a while then back to surging. any ideas?

No. Last nite just going down the road and tried to accelerate. That's when it started surging. I pulled over and turn off the truck cranked it back right away and has run great for the last. 150 Miles

The truck has done this several times. Ford reflashed computer and it has ran well. What I'm not have sure about is every time it starts surging I can cut it off and back on and it runs great I drive it hard no problems. Then all of a sudden the process starters again.
