What kind of mileage gains are yall seeing with these 3 upgrades? 11mpg isn't that cool...

Do a little searching around the forums, there are MANY threads regarding 6.4 MPG, the answer you're looking for is out there. With my delete, intake, and tuning I get anywhere from 15 to 20 MPG. MUCH improved over stock, in every single way. The engine is an entirely different beast with all the BS removed

In fact, if I had to own my 6.4 with the stock exhaust crap, I would get rid of it and probably buy a 6.7. IMO stock for stock the 6.7 is better. Tuned, now that's a different story... So far anyways

Thanks guys, I did do a search but didn't find anything about MPG gains from these mods. This is actually for my neighbors truck. I'm a Cummins guy and don't know crap about these 6.4s

Stock = 11-12 mpg hwy
Spartanized, 4" lift & 35" tires = 17-18 mpg hwy

Most of your gains will be a result of highway driving. When your towing or doing allot of city driving the gains are minimal. Even the truck and gear choice you have will make a difference, 450's seem to get the least improvement whereas the f250's with 3.73's seem to get the best.

I'm curious as to what you were searching for that didn't turn up results.

Cheapest setup is gonna be a DPF-R+ with a delete pipe most, expensive is gonna be an H&S or Spartan with display, tunes and delete pipe. The first simply turns off the regen function and/or adds an economy tune the later do the same and/or add higher HP tunes as well as monitoring capabilities.
