I would also say that's a bit high, I purchased mine brand new with 324 miles on it and I paid $36,000 + taxes, title and license fees.

Good luck

That's what I started to think too...everywhere I looked I was told that a manual tranny was no longer made. Then my wife and I just stopped by a dealer one afternoon and we were walking the lot and came across this one and one other one. And I was looking for a black truck to boot.

The sticker on the truck was just over $48 and they came down to $38 in just about a blink of an eye, the other 2 grand took a bit more persuasion. But we had seen plenty of times that particular dealer advertising $12 grand off so we just held them to it. I guess it comes down to how bad they want to sell a truck!

I think the price is about right right. Comparing the truck you're looking at to the guys trucks above is difficult being that they're XLT's and one's a manual. The truck you're looking at stickered for above $53,000. With this said, don't hessitate to haggle away.

Fully loaded KR will probably be close to $60K brand new in 2008, price is about half that. You still have some wiggle room I would think.

Just make sure all the TSB's have been addressed.

I guess it comes down to what it is worth to the individual. I personally would not pay that for a three year old truck with that many miles, even if it is a King Ranch, but that is just me.

That being said, there are those who think I paid too much for my manual XLT, however to me it was worth it considering how hard the manual was to find. I don't like automatics, and I absolutely love my truck. It was equipped exactly like I wanted with the exception of the interior color. And I looked around at many used trucks that I felt were over priced, especially for the miles, I mean you never really know how someone else treated that truck before you, regardless of what an oasis says.

The bottom line is that if the individual is happy with the deal nothing else matters. Good luck in your search.
