After 2 months with truck

So I am at almost to moths with the new truck and have a couple questions for the 6.4 guys.

1. Today I had a regen. Not a big deal except it is the first one since we have had the truck, about 3500 miles and it only lasted about a couple miles unless the truck doesn't always tell me when its doing it.

2. My mirrors dont always like to go in and out, likt they are hanging up. Covered under warranty?

3. Did a CCV mod to the truck routed to atmosphere. It wont have any affect on the smog components will it. Wont set off a code or light?

4. Bypass oil filtration or coolant filtration first?

5. Does anyone elses 6.4 have giant vibration dampers mounted to the frame behind the rear leaf springs?

Coolant first.

One regen in 3500 miles. Might be due to the CCV mod. But that aint normal.

I think all the 450s have the dampener

I know when I first got my truck feb '08 It never told me I was in a regen. But I was deleted before they came out with the updated flash that informed you when you were in one. So I can't say anything on that. And no the CCV mod won't effect anything in the truck as far as code wise.
The telescoping mirrors I have heard of them binding up. I would definitely bring in for warranty they are something like 1200 for them.
And like dave said I would do the coolant filter first

1. I've had the regen message come up on the computer but it went away after a few seconds. However, the other day, I had a regen message that said "drive to clean exhaust system" and it stayed there even after a 30 minute run on the highway. Have never seen that message before. Only get the message saying cleaning exhaust system or something like that.

2. My mirrors used to go in at the same time/speed. Now, my passenger mirror folds in faster than my driver's side which isn't a huge deal to me so I haven't investigated it further. I do seem to have an abnormally large amount of paint chipping away on my driver's side door where the cab is joined to the door. Can see the bare metal. Wonder if that's a warranty claim or wear and tear.

Well that "cleaning exhaust system" is what I got and it was only a couple seconds also.

My Truck Had The Same Problem SomeTimes The Mirriors Wont Go Out And SomeTimes They Do. And Sometime My Drivers side Will Go In And The Other Side Will Stay Out. It Was Covered Under Warranty And The Changed My Mirriors.

Also the thing with the folding mirrors is that they sometimes become unsynced with each other. I think I read some thread on how to get them to be synced again just can't find it.

yes. there were issues where only one mirror might fold in or out. due to them being moved from the spot they were put in. So the truck would get all confused lol only way I can explain it. I don't have that fancy stuff on my truck. My truck came with the paddle mirror and I put the tow mirrors on 3 days after I picked my truck up.
