For the 6.4 Spartan is no doubt the best programmer out there. They are a little more pricy than others but well worth the money. The Banks Six Gun is also a good choice. Banks tuners are very safe but they are still on the pricy side. A cheaper way out is the SCT SF3 programmer. It comes with pre loaded tunes that give you good gains and its very easy to use. Just plug and play. Its what I have on my 6.0 and I'm very happy with it. Custom tuning is always another option. A lot of guys on here can hook you up with some bad *** tunes for the 6.4 for not a lot of money. Good Luck

You'll need a programer regardless of whether it has bungs or not. I have an SCT and it's good, but not as good as one that is custom tuned or a spartan or H&S. Any of those three will be good for you. Good luck with the truck and welcome to the .org.

You don't want a banks for a 6.4 if you are deleting. Won't work.

I know for the H&S programmers you do not need the sensors in the delete pipe. Not sure about spartan. I heard that you didnt need the sensors for the spartan anymore but cant confirm that.

I got my H&S mini max from CSC customs on Airline in Baton Rouge. And it is correct that you do not need sensors with the H&S. It reads from factory sensor in the manifold.
