Oil leaking on drivers floor

I just noticed oil leaking on drivers floor mat from a cable opearted assembly attached to the brake pedal. What is it? New to me. Thanks

possible leaking hydroboost or brake master cyl? what's the fluid look like?

Found new TSB on this, In hot weather grease in adjustable pedal actuator gets less viscous and may drip, do not replace part this is normal. JIM

What?! I live in HOT southern Nevada and I've never had this happen to me. Maybe I should take a look??
