Wipers have lost their mind

My wipers decided to start running non stop today on my 08 F250. They turn off with the key, but not with the wiper switch. To make it worse, I am on vacation, and the wiper fuse also kills the air conditioning. I took a quick glance for the wiper motor to unplug it until I get home, but did not see it. Can anyone tell me where the motor is so I can get the air back on? I am assuming it is the logic controller for the wipers that has gone bad, and I can change that out when I get home. Thanks in advance for any help.

try unhooking the battery for a minute, maybe that will reset something...
