2008 F250 Leveling

Been reading and checking out all the photos of everyones truck. It makes my wallet ache to see how much more money 'could be' sunk into the truck.

My 2008 F250 that I just bought measures 41" exactly at both the front and rear fenderwells. I am a little confused at everyone saying they have done a Icon (or equivalent) level kit?

Don't the F250's already come level? I am not sure if the guy that owned my truck before did some aftermarket stuff to my truck or not?

He probably did something. Ive never seen a leveled truck from the factory. My 2010 that I just bought, with 5k miles, is about 1.5" high in the back. The Icon Kits that most people run are 2.5", are made for the F350, and require an F350 block in the rear of a F250 to match the front that high.
