Recommend Oil for Upstate NY

I am just about to change the oil tonight for the first time since I bought my truck. I need to go buy some oil today. Could someone please recommend what viscosity/brand oil to use. I am in upstate NY where temperatures extremes swing from 95+ in the summer to -20F in the winter. Truck is an '08Thanks.

I live in upstate NY and the suggested Motorcraft CJ-4 oil works just fine. Never had any issues with -20 below starts (do use block heater) or driving in last Mondays 90 degree humid weather. I do liberally change filter and oil every 5,000mi though.

Thanks, autozone did have some motorcraft 15W-40, but it said not to use below 20F and I'm sure I won't have 5K on the truck by the time it gets below 20F.
