Dual steering stabilizer question

Can some tell me the difference between all these cause they are all different prices. And are dual steering stabilizers worth it?

Supposedly from powerstrokenation.com people are saying the price difference is from the brand of shocks.

i think i am going to go with the one for $150. THe one with bilsteins would be nice but its $300.
