What rear end oil to use?
Anybody have advice on what rear-end oil to use ? Synthetic is what I want to use don't know what to go with? I have a 2008 F350 DRW. Thanks for any advice.

GEAR OIL
I have Amsoil Severe Gear in front and back on mine. Mine is not DRW just SRW. The best out there in my on opinion. If you would like more info, shoot me a PM.

I went with Wally World synthetic and with the $60 I saved I scored an '08 diff cover for my '02.
The stuff is formulated and tested to meet the proper spec, and whatever incremental benefit the fancy stuff might possess is not worth the coin, IMHO.

I dont think there is much of a diffrence between amsoil, royal purple, redline, mobil 1. None the less I use RP.

i did my first diff service at 120K, and it looked like brand new in there...so i figured the ford stuff worked the best.....go with ford and 4oz of FM.......
