Question Tuner w/ Mods and warranty ?'s

Unfortunately I think I know the answer to this question and in light of the potential "your a dumba$$ for thinking it wouldn't" here is my question.

If I were to install a H & S Tuner (Black Maxx) ONLY to run a stock tune with the intention of only using it as a tool for engine monitoring and DOC/DPF delete, how would FORD view this ? After all I can't see how just a DOC/DPF delete does anything other than improve the operating environment of the engine AND I can better monitor critical functions.

Staying stock until 2013 when warranty expires. Good read.
