6.4 purchase opinions/help

OK, I am thinking of trading the 2006 in on a 2008. I dont know anything about the 6.4's. I havent really had any problems with the 6.0 at 125k miles, so would it be worth it? Were there any problems with the 6.4 I should be aware of? Any advice you can give would be much appreciated. Thanks

Is the 6.0 modified? If it were me, I'd keep the 6.0. Less emissions crap to worry about, and it still sounds like a diesel should. Especially if your 6.0 is modified heavily, I wouldn't waste my time on a 6.4. JMHO

Just a programmer which I love. The mileage is already against me but if I wait another year or two then I wont be able to get much for it. Plus I hear that the 6.4 do pretty good on mileage with the dpf delete. But I really love my truck. I would hate to regret it later on if the 6.4 gave me problems because the 6.0 has done well so far.

I haven't had any issues with mine either, and wouldn't trade it for a 6.4
