I always heard 50K, I currently have 88k on my stock ones and I have new ones ordered. Many times they will go much longer than 50k before failing completely and causing other problems but I dont think its a question of how long they might last but of when do they quit performing like they should. But then I'm one of those guys who don't like to run things until they fail, I prefer maintenance.
