The same thing happened to my truck. Took it to the dealer and they said they could not reproduce it. At the same time I had aftermarket rims put on and they messed up one of the sensors so they blamed it on the tire sensor that was bad. I had to go to the tire shop and get a new sensor and then took it back to ford. They kept telling me they could not reproduce it, but when I went to pick it up that same message would come up and not start the first time. They tried to give me all kinds of crap like I was not turning the key correctly. The third time I took it in they finally got it fixed. Long story short, They replaced the batteries and the alternator and its fine now.
