back up cameria blue screen

When i put my truck in reverse,i get a blue screen on my rear view mirror. Has anyone had this problem? I checked the wiring at the tailgate, and everything appears to be plugged in..

any ideas???

Yes, I have the same issue. If you are under warranty, dealer should replace. I suspect my camera is dead. I opened up the tailgate and also checked the connections. Camera is a poorly made unit. Super Duty tailgates are a tough place to live and they should have OEM'd a better unit. Mine was pretty much frozen most of the winter and unviewable anyway (internal moisture). Going to warranty soon but have not found the time to take the truck in to fix this issue, TPMS sensors (false) alerts and undergo the mandatory flash program.

it does this when you unplug the camera, ive taken my tailgate off many times and when i unplug the camera the rear view mirror goes blue.

ok, guess i have to bring it in and see about getting them to fix it..
