google images has some pics up that arent dually or big rig. lots of pics of them in general.

Diesel Wheels
Click on adapters - Scroll down to the lug nut covers. There are some pointy ones there.

Just throwing it out.

Iowa 80 I've heard mixed reviews about spiked lug covers. They seem to fall off while driving. Some even put a dab of silicone on them to prevent them from falling off while driving. They do look pretty cool though.
