tranny fluid levels???

I had tranny flush at ford shop a few weeks ago and when I pulled my trailer the other day for the first time tranny fluid came pouring out the top. I called ford house and the said no way could they over fill it because a computer does the flush and knows exactly how much to put in. Any way Ive checked the levels a couple of time when truck sits all night and is cold and level is above the hot mark on the dip stick. What does everones show cold. Book says it should be on cold side but wanted to check. Its way above hot side. Taking back in tomorrow to have them check. Just wanted info to go to battle with them.... Its never there fault!!!!!!

Well took it in this morning. They started there ( Its not our fault) until they saw underneath the truck and how it had a tranny oil bath and they go real nice. Fixed levels and wash and steam cleaned the truck. They never admitted they over filled but they said the tranny level was to high. LOL
