6.4 radiator issues

I have a friend that has a 6.4 and he has already had the radiator replaced once and now its out of warranty. Something about the radiator not being all metal and it cracks and cant be fixed. Does anyone make an aftermarket all metal one? I dont have all the facts and havent actually seen what he is talking about so hopefully I am somewhat close in my description. Any help on this?

performance radatior was due to release one sometime this year. I haven't heard anything about it though

Where on all these radiators is failing?

Mine failed on the Drivers side where the end tank meets the Aluminium. Pathetic design
