I need some help on deciding on trading in my truck for a '08 f250. I was hoping you all could tell me your likes or dislikes about your trucks. Also wondering how much the dealers are selling for. Thanks in advance for the help.

I already built one online and the price it was at I am really not willing to pay. I built the truck I own currently online and it was off by nearly 10k.

Those BUILD prices are MSRP. You can usually knock off 5-6K on
FX4s and King Ranch versions. I bought an 08 XLT F250 CC LWB, listed for 41,670 paid 37,254 after 2K rebate. Good Luck. No regrets so far.

The only thing I don't like it all the emissions equipment on the exhaust simply because I liked having an aftermarket exhaust on my old truck. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with this truck in comparison to my 6.0.

Our F-550 Super Cab, C/C was around $38k with a flatbed installed. It has XL trim with upgraded audio, tow command, and upfitters. It also has the 40,20,40 front seat with flip-down console, and the cool headlights. Some of the XL's come with generic seald beams that just don't look right, and the standard front seats suck. Like stated about the emissions, it's really the only draw-back. Power is great!

I got a call from my friendly Ford dealer and they offered me some rebate on the 08's. I went in to talk to the salesman and he said, "Ditty, go out there and pick one, look at the sticker and take off $7000." I had to decline due to my financial position. (He also wanted me to trade in ol' Brisco which is NOT going to happen.)
