18 inch continental tire recall

had my tires swapped out for michelins at discount tire .....continental allows for $250 credit per tire.out of pocket was installation fee [$80].had 12k on the continentals so am darn happy !

I'm to worried to take my truck in now it's deleted, so I guess I'm keeping the continental...which sucks!!

you dont need to go anywhere near ford....this recall is between you and continental.just go to a DISCOUNT TIRE dealer ...ask him to check the serial numbers to confirm your tires fit into date manufacture for recall and get some michelins....thats how it happened for me.

What!!!! They told me they would only replace them with Continentals! So im stuck with brand new contis when I could have gotten Michelins...damn
