Old Muscle car side exhaust

I have a sbcc 6.4 4x4 drw 2008. I saw a dodge in texas that had a Old muscle car side exhaust that has the exhaust pipe running down the side then dumping in front of the rear wheels on both sides. Anybody done this and tell me where to get parts to do this or any information or thoughts on this I would appreciate the help.

thanks

Justin

April ROTM

The 05'-07' white dually in the April ROTM has functional side pipes. Is that what you're talking about?

IMO it is hard to pull it off and make it look good with a truck, but Portcity_GT sure did it with that truck

That is the pipes that I am looking to build. Is there a name for those besides the old muscle car exhaust? Thanks Justin

They're called side pipes.

I bought another factory exhaust- split the exhaust before the rear end and have dual factory tips out both sides

my plan is to start behind the front wheels and run down the side to turn out at the rear wheels. The dodge I seen this on used a peterbuilt exhaust. An thoughts on this would be helpful. My truck is a short bed dually.

Always thought it would be cool to make the exhaust double as tube steps, just don't know how to keep them from melting your shoes!
