Towing with a tuner

Hey guys maybe you can help me out here. I'm about to make a 1000 mile trip with my 09 F-350, 36ft goose with two Jeeps on it Gross weight around 25,000 lbs. What should my SCT livewire be set at? What are acceptable EGTs for the truck? The only mods the truck has are the SCT livewire and 4 inch straightpipe turbo back. Any knowledge, help, or suggestions would be great!

headed to Moab? I don't have the same tuner as you,but when I'm towing my 36' GN w/ 3 jeeps on it I run my 210 tow tune and love it! As for egt's I dont let mine go over 1400 and if they get close to that I don't hold it for long!
