Issues all over

So here is my problems in short list power steering wont let me turn hard to the right and is giving a pitchy whining sound. next my trans is leaking fluid every where and is giving me a temp reading on my black maxx of 215 after towing this weekend and during a hill climb my coolant temp hit 250 plus i have a rattling noise coming from around the belt area any help on any of these would be helpful.

By coolant temp did you mean water? That would be way to high. The whining sound and the trans fluid leak may not be related.
