Magnetic Oil Plug ???

I'm about to change my oil. 45,000 miles and my current oil plug has a slight drip. I noticed this magnetic plug on E-Bay. Is the O.E.M. drain plug magnetic ? I figued a new washer would cost me this much ford 6.4 oil plug items - Get great deals on Parts Accessories items on eBay Motors!

My stock plug is magnetic. You can get the copper washers at parts houses for pretty cheap and they come 2 to 3 in a pack.

Thanks Steve , I might just go that route. Is this leak a common problem ?

Mine has never leaked but I put a new copper washer on about every 4th oil change.

The stock plugs are junk and have very little magnetic force. Try Magnetic Oil Drain Plug Automotive Truck Motorcycle Industrial Engine for crazy strong and extra washers.
