from what i have read it is common while running a sct tunner..

U0100 Lost Communication With ECM/PCM "A"

U0115 Lost Communication With ECM/PCM B

U0101 - Lost Communication with TCM

P1000 is a computer reset code which means the computer has been reset with either a programmer, unplugging the batteries, etc and it has yet to complete it's drive cycle. (from twinturbostroker)

If your truck is running you just need to complete a drive cycle and the codes should clear, (I think). The lost comm's (all of them) just means your battery was disconnected.

I had some of those codes a few weeks ago after my SCT install. When I changed out the DPF to the 4", I could not get one of the EGT sensors off the stock pipe. I ordered a new sensor from Ford, disconnected the battery, powered down the SCT, installed the new sensor and everything has been good since then!! No codes or anything after that.
Hope this helps!!
