Little Help? Bad Fuel

Hi guys. Stuck in Alabama with the worst fuel ever. I've had my water seperator light come on 12 times and can't get further that 10 miles. Do any of you know how to drain the fuel tank completely. Tried to siphon but protector cap built in to plastic tank. Removed skid plate and found a handle on the bottom of the tank. If I pull it will it damage the tank and can I put it back in. How do I drain the entire tank?

You know where you got the fuel? Can you go back there and get them to pay to fix it?

Yeah, I know where I got the fuel Shell station in Pinson Alabama. I have already spoken with them and will be talking with owner tommorrow. I'm totally against lawyers but based on me having a pregnant wife with me being stuck for an xtra day, missing work in Houston on Monday etc. If I don't get any remedy I'm fully prepared to sue his azz based soley on principle. I'm also a little dissapointed that the people on this forum wouldn't share any of their expert advice to help get me out of this bind.
