carquest vs OEM

when i changed my oil the other day, i noticed that the cap for the oil filter is a cap from carquest. i'm assuming that is not the OEM part. should i be concerned that the cap is not working as well as the filter cap that came from ford? should i replace the cap with an OEM part from the ford dealer? i watched the vid someone had posted about using cheap aftermarket filters on the 6.0s and 6.4s so i want to make sure that my filters are working properly.

Either replace with oem or get an billet aftermarket cap. Some of the replacement caps that come with the filters are included because the cheap-o filter is a little longer or shorter than the OEM filter, and the differnt cap is needed to makeup for the difference.
