6.4 help
Just bought a used F-250 crew cab 4x4 diesel 09 truck, now my question is what do I need to do to get better fuel milage. I use it as my weekend truck to tow my boat (1500) lbs about 75 miles round trip & my annual weekend camping trip with my 5th wheel (4000) LBS or so about 300 miles from the house. I'm not looking for crazy horse power or anything like that, just a basic dpf delete & reliable tuner. I still have 50,000 miles of warranty for it so I can't go crazy. As is it does 12 city & 16 hwy, Thanks to all and any info would be greatly appreciated.

H&S XRT Pro and a DPF/DOC delete pipe should do the trick.

or if you want gauges you could go with the minimaxx and the delete pipes

The programing in the mini will give you 0 to 250hp, or you can get custom tunning from KEM Performance. Just deleting the DOC/DPF will reduce the fuel dilution in the crankcase. A 75hp tune will also give you and increase in mileage without straining the motor.
