minor issues with '08

so after spending a bit of time in my "new" ride last night i have a few issues that hopefully you guys can help me with.

1) EVERY time i start the truck after the doors have been locked, the factory alarm goes off. i didn't hear it last night so hopefully it wasn't going off all night i'm going to unplug it for now until i can get it fixed.

2) my heater control didn't seem to be working correctly. i had the temp control knob turned all the way to hot and it was just blowing slightly warm air. i moved it around a bit and the temp didn't change. i kept screwing with it and it suddenly started working again. when it works.....LOOK OUT! it did it one other time where i couldn't get heat so i just left temp control alone and it started working on its own and started blowing HOT air again.

3) the dome light doesn't work. it doesn't come on when i open the doors and it won't come on when i used the dial. all of the lights that have the switches do work. i never realized how much i actually use the dome light until i didn't have one

any ideas??
