bought the truck few weeks ago, it has these things all over the motor. they are held on with wire ties, and they are made by vortex.

Never seen that before. Are they Magnets? I can see one says coolant optimiser. They are probably a hoax with promises of improving gas milage or something.

I would assume that this is some kind of gimmick. I went to the site and they want $400.00 for those things. I wonder why it is in Canada only? I wouldn't have much faith in them thats for sure.

I have seen those before. I would try to re-sell them and make a profit because they arnt doing anything for you!

Good luck selling them. Maybe you could remind the guy that sold you the truck that he left them installed and give him a chance to buy 'em back? He bought them the first time? In fact, besides you, he's the only person I know that has ever bought any?
